I'm new to Pilates Mat classes.  Can I still take a class?

Yes, Buena Onda Pilates classes are designed to be accessible for all levels of Pilates clients.  We recommend arriving to your class 10 minutes early and letting the instructor know you are new to Pilates.  Your instructor will be happy to provide you with extra attention and modifications throughout the class.

How do I sign up for a class?

Select 'book online', navigate to the class date and time, and follow prompts to complete booking online.   For best results, sign up to create a site membership to view your upcoming classes.

What are your class package options for Core Restoration classes?

We have a variety of package options on our site and below.  

 -Single Mat class - $30

 -2 Class Pass - $55    ($27.50/class)

 -5 Class Pass - $130  ($26/class)

 -10 Class Pass - $250 ($25/class)

What is the cost for Pilates Together family mat classes? 

 -Single Mat class (adult)- $30

 -Single Mat class (child, ages 5-12 years old)- $15

What is your cancelation policy?
If you know you cannot attend a class ahead of time, be sure to cancel your class using the online booking system at least 24 hours before the class start time.  Class adjustments, including cancellations, must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time, or the client will not receive class session credit. 

 
What should I bring to a Buena Onda Pilates class? 
Just yourself! Mats are provided each class.

What should I wear to a Buena Onda Pilates mat class?

Dress in clothing you find most comfortable to move in.  Socks are optional and shoes are not needed.

I tried signing up for a class, but the class is sold out. Is there a waitlist?

No, our online booking system does not accommodate a waitlist at this time.

When should I arrive for Pilates class?
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your Buena Onda Pilates Mat class.  For safety reasons, we do not permit clients to enter a Pilates class late.

Bway-nah Ohn-dah!

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

Clients registered for class will be notified if the class needs to be canceled due to inclement weather and class credit will be returned to client's account.

Can children between the ages of 5-12 sign up for a Pilates Together family class without a parent?

No, children between the ages 5-12 years old must be accompanied by a parent.  Both child and parent must be sign up to join a Pilates Together class.

How old do I have to be to take a class at Buena Onda Pilates?

For Core Restoration classes, students of age 13-17 are welcome to attend classes after a parent or guardian signs a liability form. 

For Pilates Together classes, students of ages 5-12 are welcome to join their parents in class.

 

Do you have childcare services onsite at the class location?

No, Buena Onda Pilates does not offer childcare.​
