The Buena Onda Pilates method incrementally builds upon the Pilates exercise series for increased challenge while offering modification options so you can move at your own pace. Mats are provided for class.
Pilates Together
Parents enjoy time with their kids in a fun Pilates class while gaining the benefits of improved core strength, flexibility, and balance.
Pilates Together is for parents and their children (geared toward ages 5-12 years old). Children must be accompanied by a parent. Sign up is required for both child and parent. Mats are provided for class.
